Brittle Paper: features exciting African writers, wonderful pieces and resources for writers.
Africa in Dialogue: presents long-form interviews with African storytellers on a variety of topics. They also host an internship programme for aspiring interviewers to hone their skills.
After School Africa: shares competitions for young Africans interested in essay writing, as well as other educational opportunities.
African Speculative Fiction Society: focuses on African science fiction and fantasy and organizes the Nommos Awards.
Mafoko Manuscript Services: provides top-notch editing services.
Authors Publish Magazine: provides advice on getting published and sends a regular list of publications that you can submit your work to.
Inkitt: provides a reader-based publishing platform as well as advice and other resources to help you get your work out there.
Writing Competitions: does exactly what the name says – tells you all about writing competitions!
Grammarly: gives you writing tips and advice to improve your craft.
Writers Digest: provides great advice for writers.
Literary Hub: covers all things literary and features a lot of insightful articles.
Nerdbuilding: helps you generate a settlement for your fictional world, including all the details that will help flesh it out and make it logical (population, geography, climate, etc.).
